A new theory of the origin of chronic disease based on pathogenetic field theory, and a revised homeopathic technology for its identification and treatment.

As with Books 1 to 3, the new work will implement technological innovations and define solutions to clinical problems.

Chronic disease is introduced as an additional and causal dimension to the commonly seen acute disease and toxic overload dichotomy.

• Chronic disease is presented not as a vague and quaint historical vestige that fails to retain credibility in the face of modern disease theory but as a genuine New General Theory of disease superseding miasm theory and independent of modern pathology.

• Foundational to the New General Theory is the proposal of disease vectors as pathogenetic fields, or fields of resonance, having independent existence.

• The Pathogenetic Field Theory facilitates the identification of chronic disease types identified with constitutional polycrests, thus facilitating palliation.

• The Theory also facilitates the resolution of certain other prescribing problems, particularly in relation to so-called miasmic clinical presentations.
